Founder
ANDREW CHUKWURA, CPA, CGMA, CLA
As QLoop’s founder, Andrew focuses on the design, development, and implementation of QLoop tools, resources, and training programs. He provides technical lease audit guidance and oversight at QLoop.
Andrew is a founder of RRG, an independent international consulting and advisory firm. Founded in 1996, RRG specializes in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide commercial real estate lease audit and cost control strategies. Andrew has more than two decades of experience developing, designing, performing, and managing lease audit processes, projects, and campaigns for several Fortune 500 companies.
Andrew is a certified public accountant, a chartered global management accountant, and certified lease auditor® with a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos.
